Project: Free4all Movie
Client: Bump Films
Involvement: Entire production and postproduction.
Bump Films is currently working on their fourth film, FREE4ALL, to be released in late March of 2002. Shot on both the left and right coasts with a few points in between, FREE4ALL will raise the bar once again to show some of the most progressive riders in the sport today. Parks and Shane Bonifay, Rob Struharik, and Kyle Schmidt are back again this year as repeat offenders as well as new faces, Danny Harf, Chad Sharpe, J.D. Webb and others. Brian Grubb and Tim Kovacich are also featured this year with sick wakeskate sections. The director, Mark Bame, comments on the new movie for 2002, “this year we worked with the younger riders that are really changing the face of the sport”. Bump Films concocted some of the biggest gaps/sliders of the year; one involving a moving truck was so burly even Parks had to look at it twice. FREE4ALL,is being produced with generous support from Mastercraft, CWB, The Wakeboard Camp, Spy Optics, Wakeboard Magazine and Activision.
Update:
Free4all turn out to be our last and arguably our best wakeboard/wakeskate film. Winner of the Wakeworld.com “Riders Choice Award” for Movie of the Year.
